These terms form an agreement between the purchaser or user and 1BROOM Group for access to this website, purchase of digital products, and installation or use of 1BROOM Group software. If you do not agree, do not purchase, install, or use the software.
Eligibility and acceptance
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the software for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. Additional non-waivable consumer rights may apply based on your location.
Purchase and license
A completed one-time purchase grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased product on one compatible Windows PC unless the product page expressly states otherwise. The installer may be available before purchase, but possession of an installer does not grant a license or right to use paid features.
The software is licensed, not sold. 1BROOM Group and its licensors retain ownership of the software, branding, documentation, code, design, and all related intellectual-property rights.
Activation and online verification
Licensed use requires an active key and periodic access to the 1BROOM Group verification service. A key binds to the first PC that activates it. Verification may reject an invalid, revoked, refunded, shared, mismatched, or differently bound key. Customers are responsible for protecting their key from unauthorized use.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the software for lawful personal purposes or lawful internal business purposes on an authorized device. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, publish, share, or commercially host the software or license key; bypass licensing or security controls; use the service to harm systems or others; or reverse engineer the software except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
Use at your own risk
Dustpan Core and other system-management software can inspect hardware, manage processes, clear selected cache data, change system settings, and apply performance choices. Those actions may affect running applications, stored data, system stability, device performance, power use, compatibility, or availability.
You are responsible for reviewing each action before applying it, maintaining current backups, saving open work, confirming that you are authorized to manage the PC, and deciding whether a recommendation is appropriate for your system. Do not use the software on safety-critical, life-support, emergency, medical, industrial-control, or other systems where failure could cause injury, death, or material damage.
The software and its guidance are not a substitute for professional IT support, cybersecurity services, hardware diagnosis, data recovery, or manufacturer instructions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume the risks arising from your configuration choices and use of system-management features.
Updates and service availability
1BROOM Group may provide security fixes, patches, compatibility changes, or feature updates. Online verification, downloads, and support may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security response, network interruption, third-party failure, or events beyond reasonable control. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is promised.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, downloads, software, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1BROOM Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost data, lost profits, business interruption, or replacement-service costs arising from the software or service. Where liability cannot be excluded, 1BROOM Group’s aggregate liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law requires a different result.
Refunds, suspension, and termination
Refund requests are governed by the 24-hour refund policy. A refunded purchase results in license revocation. 1BROOM Group may suspend or revoke access reasonably believed to involve fraud, payment reversal, key sharing, attempted circumvention, unlawful conduct, security abuse, or a material breach of these terms.
Privacy and third-party services
Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Payments, hosting, network security, and email delivery depend on third-party services that maintain separate terms and privacy practices.
Changes, severability, and applicable law
1BROOM Group may update these terms for future use when products, services, security needs, or legal requirements change. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent allowed by law. These terms are governed by applicable law without limiting mandatory rights available to a consumer.
