This policy explains the information 1BROOM Group processes to operate its website, complete software purchases, deliver licenses, prevent misuse, and provide customer support.
Information we process
Purchase and fulfillment records may include the checkout email address, Stripe Checkout and payment references, product, amount, currency, license key, transaction status, refund status, and delivery status.
License activation sends the entered key, product identifier, and a device identifier to the license service. The activation record stores a one-way hash derived from the license and device identifier, plus activation and last-verification timestamps, to enforce the one-PC license. The raw device identifier is not stored in the license-activation record.
Support and bug reports include the message and any logs, screenshots, or other information the sender chooses to provide. Website and security providers may also process routine network information such as IP address, request time, browser details, and traffic-security signals.
How information is used
Information is used to process and verify payments, issue and validate licenses, bind a license to one PC, provide downloads and receipts, handle refunds, deliver support, investigate bugs, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, keep accounting records, and comply with legal obligations.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payment information. 1BROOM Group does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Cloudflare provides website, security, database, and file-delivery services. Hostinger provides transactional email delivery. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Review the current Stripe Privacy Policy ↗ and Cloudflare Privacy Policy ↗ for more information.
Sharing and sale of information
1BROOM Group does not sell customer personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers when necessary to operate the service, complete a transaction, secure the platform, respond to a customer request, enforce agreements, or comply with applicable law and valid legal process.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, license administration, support, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system, storage service, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with an order, email contact@1broomgroup.dev. Identity and transaction details may need to be verified before a request is completed. Some records may be retained where required for security, accounting, legal compliance, or the establishment and defense of claims.
Children and policy changes
The website and paid software are not directed to children under 13, and 1BROOM Group does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. This policy may be updated as services or legal requirements change; the posted “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
